The Cornell Nanofabrication Facility (CNF) is considering sale of our 2 1/2
year old FIB instrument.
The instrument is a Microbeam Nanofab 150UHV - a high resolution
lithographic tool, complete with a variety of sources, a wide energy range,
pattern generator and laser stage. It is capable of running original CAD
designs, including global and local registration, as well as operating
under complete manual control. Max. voltage is 150 kV, and minimum feature
size is 50 nm.
We can probably arrange a deferred payment schedule for an interested
