ATTENTION MASKMAKERS:

Our department has an excess Mann 3095 Photorepeater with on-platen
alignment microscope available to "a good home". It is in excellent
working order, complete with documentation, 10X reduction lenses and
plateholders. The maximum stage travel is 4", and it has a xenon flashlamp
for emulsion plates and a mercury arc lamp for chrome plates. We are
interested in trading for 6 inch fluoroware, 4 and 6 inch dummy wafers or
other hardware associated with 6 inch wafers. We would take responsibility
for packing it up for shipment. The receiver would be responsible for
arranging for and paying all shipping charges.

We have replaced this system with a MEBES e-beam, and with our move
to 6 inch wafers we no longer have a need for it.

If anyone is interested please contact me for more information.
