Need some info on an SEM and Karl Suss

We have an Alpha-9 Scanning Electron Microscope, manufactured by
International Scientific Instruments. It appears they are out of
business. Does anyone know of a company that could service this
SEM for us?

We are also looking for a good, field service engineer for our Karl Suss
MJB3 mask aligner. Any suggestions for this?
