I need some information on ion guns, I am purchasing a 3cm source and have
been working with Ion Tech. This has been one of the worst experiences in
my 16 year career. I have found them to be SLOW and unresponsive. I had to
threaten them to get a university discount (10%), which they typically
offer. Their sales Dept. ( in Fort Collins ) is customer unfriendly. Their
lead times on all items are unreasonable. ( Boy it's nice to get that off my
chest ). Anyway it's obvious that I would prefer to order from someone else.
I got a quote in from Commonwealth and was wondering if anyone has any
experience with Commonwealth Scientific or any other companies which offer
Ion Guns.
I would like to hear any comments concerning Ion Guns that anyone might have.
