"I am a management consultant based near Portland Oregon. My firm was
recently retained by a small but profitable and fast growing
manufacturer of specialty capital equipment that is sold into the CVD
industry. They are seeking a highly experienced person with an
engineering or scientific background to lead product engineering efforts
on the company's behalf. The specific product is an insitu cleaning
system that provides high quality, low cost cleaning of quartz tubes and
has been proven by a number of research institutions and companies such
as Bell Labs, Sony, and others. We need to find someone who has a
combination of broad knowledge of CVD processing, equipment, and very
strong communication and relationship building skills. A person with
several years manufacturing management background, who is ready for
something entrepenurial would be ideal.
