Hi!

I am a researcher at the University of Arkansas working on 'Thin film
deposition of silicon for solar cell applications'. I am in need of some
N+ wafers (about 2 or 3). I don't care what the size of the wafer is!(It
can be 4", 5"...) The resistivity should lie between .008 - .025 ohm-cm.
Since I need only a small quantity, I am having a difficult time
purchasing it from the vendors who have a minimum 100 wafer order
requirement.
I would like to know if any one out there can supply me with these N+
wafers.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
