I have some silicon wafers available for sale or trade. These
wafers were manufactured by Virginia Semiconductor and have
not been opened. I have a total of 12 of these wafers.

Prime grade, 3" diameter Cz Si wafers, (100) orientation, p-type Boron,
23.0-29.0 ohm-cm resistivity, 11.5-12.2 mil thickness, double side
polished

I am interested in selling or trading these wafers because I can no longer
use 3" wafers. Our equipment requires the use of 4" wafers.

I will sell these wafers for $25/wafer or trade them for some 4" wafers.
The 4" wafers would have to be double side polished, (100), with a
thickness of 290-315 microns. There are no restrictions on dopant or
resistivity.
