I am looking for software to run CV and IV curves using HP4280a and HP4140
systems. we use IBM-PC controller with National Instruments TNT GPIB card.
We have Visual basic, HP-VEE and national Instruments software. If you know
of commercial or non-commercial that canhelp us please let us know.
