To all LabNet Users:
We have 3 Tencor Alphastep 100 units to offer to anyone needing
parts. We recently upgraded and no longer need our older systems. None
work, but could be used as parts for another system, or possibly
combined to make one working unit. Full schematics, manuals and
additional spare parts as well as 3 the separate machines. Please
respond
within the week if you are interested. No charge for parts, but
shipping must be paid by recipient.
