Fellow Netters:

I am looking for "standard" epoxy (or other polymer) peel substrates
that would be sputter coated with Cr/Cu, electroplated with Cu, and then
tested for the peel strength.

Substrates could be polymer coated silicon wafers, microscope slides,
etc. Liquid epoxy also might work if it could be easily coated on
something rigid. The key requirements is known peel force for a
SPUTTERED metal film for certain sputtering conditions so these
substrates could serve as witness samples.

Thank you in advance. Please respond to glukh@brk.bfg.com
