Dear Labnetworkers,
I am looking for an instrument which can measure a vertical deflection of
15 micrometers of thin film with a load in the range of mili-Newtons. The
dimension of the thin film is 300 micrometer long, 100 micrometer wide and
10 micrometer thick. I wonder if someone here can help me to find it.
