I am in search of anyone who has any technical information regarding the
computer card rack and disk drives for the Varian 120 Ion Implanter. I
need to find out if the upgrade for the system from the 8" floppy to the
3 1/2" floppy is something that will allows us to get this unit online.
Also is there anyone out there that may have a pc instead of the card
rack installed?
