We are looking to purchase or trade for GCA 1006 series wafer
coat/develop systems. Specifically, the spinner servo amp modules and
spinner I/O boards are needed. We'll consider entire tools, in any
configuration and in working condition or parts machines. Let us know
what you have, what you're in need of (trade?) and pricing/availability.
