We are looking to fill an Assistant Professor position in the
Microelectronics Research Center, Department of Electrical and Computer
Engineering of The University of Texas at Austin. More senior level
appointments will be considered in exceptional circumstances. The opening
is for Fall, 1999 but the position will be kept open until it is filled.
The primary areas of interest are device simulation/modeling, or
nanostructures/mesoscopic devices. The preference would be to get someone
with a silicon focus. We would very much appreciate it if you can bring
this to the attention of graduating Ph.D. students in your group, or others
