We have a complete ASML DUV stepper model PAS 5000/70 with a Lambda
Physics 248nm laser and beam path that we are looking to trade or
donate. Technical and operation manuals are available for the tool.
Recipient would be responsible for coordinating/paying the shipping
costs. RIT would be responsible for packing/loading the system.
