My firm recenly purchased a large lot of tuerbo pumps for our own in house
needs, as they were availbile for a very low price. As we were required to
purchase the whole lot, we now have a large inventory of pumps surplus to
our needs. They include Leybold 1500 (1450 L/s) fully rebuilt with mew
ceramic bearings, and Osaka TG 3213-EM (3200 L/s) mag lev pumps, that are
brand new, in the box. These pumps are direct replacments for many LAM and
Aplied Materials etchers, and CVD systems, not to mention other oem's. If
