probe station wanted

Hi folks,

I would like to buy a used probe station.

Ideally it should have the following features:

1. It can take samples of at least 2" in diameter. 4" or 6" sample stage
is desirable.
2. Manual operation to move the sample stage.
3. Optical microscope included.
4. The price should be below $10,000.
5. Immediately available.

Two manufacturers I am familair with are Signatone and Wentworth, though I
am happy to consider other brands.
