We have here at UCLA's Nanoelectronics Research Facility an early Peak
Systems (company is now defunct) Rapid Thermal Processor for sale. This was
the predecessor to the ALP 5000, uses a single arc lamp with both pyrometer
and thermocouple measuring channels and can handle up to 6 inch wafers. It
can also be used with reactive gases such as ammonia or nitrous oxide.
The system has not been used in 2 years but has been kept in the clean room.
It will probably need some work eg new lamp, cooling line flush etc.
We ask for $1000 obo + shipping. You can contact me at the above email
