Mount samll sample inside E-beam evaporator

Hello:

Please give me some suggestion about how to mount small samples on sample holder of e-beam evaporator (or thermal evaporator). Sample size is smaller than 1cmX1cm. Before we use vacuum grease, we are afraid that using this cannot reach the high vacuum we want in some case. Any sugguestion?
