GCA Model 6100 Wafer Stepper Availble for Donation

I have a fully operational GCA 5x reduction stepper available for
donation. The stepper has g-line optics, 0.3 n.a., programmable
aperatures, and is set up for 4" diameter wafers. The receipient would
be responsible for all crating and shipping from Berkeley, CA.
