There is still time to register and make travel plans to attend the IEEE University/Government/Industry Microelectronics Symposium in Boise, Idaho from June 29 -July 2, 2003. This year's program contains 70 oral papers and 25 poster papers presented by 40 universities, 15 companies and 5 federal labs. These papers are of excellent quality and variety, covering the fields of: semiconductor materials, processing, devices, packaging, mixed-signal circuits, nano/biotechnology, MEMS, and microelectronics education & research partnerships. Dr. T.J. King, from UC Berkeley, will give the plenary talk entitled: Sustaining the Silicon Revolution.
