Several months ago, we bought a new e-beam evaporator. However, we are
considering selling it soon to buy another type of evaporator.
Below is a very short description of the e--beam evaporator for sale.

E-beam evaporator:
Condition: new, never used still in its box (crate).
It is based on the Kurt Lesker CMS-18 platform
Process chamber:
Base pressure : 5x10-10 Torr or lower
CTI CroTorr 10 cryogenic pump, scroll type oil free pump for rouhghing
Telemark evaporator model 568
Telemark TT-10 10 kW power supply with programmable XY sweep
6 pockets, 7 cc each
shutter, Inficon IC5 deposition controller with two cristal-six sensor heads
Loadlock:
could hold up to 6 substrates (up to 6"diameter)
CTI -8 cryo pump with oil free scrool pump for roughing
it reaches 5x10-7 in 30 min or less
