We have for sale a HP 4062B Semiconductor Parametric Test System.
It has the following units:

HP 4084B Switching Matrix Controller
HP 4085A Switching Matrix
HP 4141B DC Source/Monitor
HP 4280A 1 MHz C Meter/ C-V Plotter
HP 300/ 9000 Workstation with TCIP Application Software on HP Pascal/ HP UX
& HP Basic.

Rucker & Kolls 1032K Automatic Test Prober.
