We have the following equipment for sale:
Leybold WAU501 RUVAC (PFPE) pump - bought second-hand in 2002 but never put
in service.
MKS Orion Mass Spectrometer - bought new in 1999, put in service early
2000, used infrequently. Comes with spectrometer, turbo pump (no
roughing), controllers, cables, manuals, software and desktop PC (no
monitor). Only problem is with the controller sensing turbo pump speed,
pump seems to rev up fine audibly but the controller doesn't sense that
it's up to speed. Bought for 90K.
Asking price for the pump is 2K and mass spec is 10K. Price is negotiable.
