Dates to Remember!

  • October 3 - Abstract title submission deadline. Authors submit titles for conference proceedings.
  • October 17 - Call for Abstracts begins; authors must submit their files online using a form to be provided.
  • October 31 - Call for Abstracts ends.
  • November 16 - Last day for authors to make edits to first drafts.
  • December 12 - Final drafts made available to authors. Office hours begin
  • December 19 - Last day to make final changes to printed conference proceedings.
  • January 16, 2008 - MARC2008 posters due today (for those printing posters through MTL)
  • January 22 - Posters must be dropped off today at designated location (TBA).
