Michal
Danek
Dr. Danek received his Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry from MIT and his BS
and MS in Chemistry from Charles University in Prague. He joined Applied
Materials in 1995 and in 1996 Novellus Systems, Inc (now a part of Lam Research Co.).
At Lam, he has held a variety of technology management positions of increasing responsibility. Currently, he is leading the development of advanced tungsten metallization processes.
