Takemitsu
Kunio Takemitsu Kunio was born in Tokyo, and graduated and took a doctors degree from the graduate School of KEIO University. He Joined NEC in 1982, and started Si LSI related research work at NEC. His research focus was process integration technology for SOI, 3D-IC and DRAM. After 2001, he joined thre research management team of NEC research, and is currently an executive officer of the NEC Corporation and head of global NEC research.
