This award is given to the best student paper presented at the previous year's CS ManTech conference. Jerome's paper was entitled "A CMOS-compatible Fabrication Process for Scaled Self-Aligned InGaAs MOSFETs". The research on the advance III-V MOSFETs technology recognized by CS ManTech was led by Professor Jesús del Alamo and Professor Dimitri Antoniadis and was carried out in the Microsystems Technology Laboratories. Jerome is now the Enrico Fermi postdoc fellow in Argonne National Laboratory.

Congratulations, Jerome!
