Allison Lemus wins SuperUROP Outstanding Research Project Award

EECS undergraduate student Allison Lemus received the SuperUROP Outstanding Research Project Award at the EECS Awards and Recognition Celebration event on May 21, 2017. Her research project was titled "High-Voltage GaN", and investigated time-dependent dielectric breakdown in gallium nitride transistor for power management applications. This research was performed under the supervision of Professor Jesus del Alamo in MTL and with the mentorship of PhD student Shireen Warnock. Allison's research was supported in part by Texas Instruments.
