Luda is Financial Officer of MTL. She has been with MTL since 2012. Luda runs all financial matters related to the MTL fab and is the interface to all first-time users. In this capacity, Luda supports the needs of 17 MTL fab staff in their purchasing, ordering, and accounting issues. This is a big and diverse job, and failure to perform at peak performance quickly results in gaps in supplies that can affect hundreds of users.
As a first MTL face that new users to the lab often see, Luda offers a friendly and reassuring presence that new users greatly appreciate. Examples of her endorsements were "Luda is super-efficient in all aspects of her job" and "... Luda exudes a cheerful, pleasant personality that promotes a positive atmosphere among all the individuals she interacts."
We are all lucky to count Luda among our colleagues in MTL. Please congratulate Luda for her richly deserved honor!
