There are three categories of external users who can use the MTL fabrication facilities:
- Fabrication Facilities Access (FFA) Program - Allows access to
engineers from industrial entities.

Group (MIG) - This is one of the MIG membership benefits.

to researchers and students from universities and government
research labs.
