MARC2011

September 27th–October 6, 5:00PM Extended to October 13, 2010 at 5PM!

All grad students, postdocs, visiting scientists, and staff working within MTL, or whose advisers are MTL affiliated, are invited (and encouraged!) to submit  preliminary information about their posters to the MARC2011 planning committee. We will take title submissions during the dates listed above. Once your title is accepted, we will also request:

• A one-page abstract for publication in the MARC proceedings. Due Friday, October 29)
• A Powerpoint slide to be used in a 90-second oral presentation during the conference. Due date TBA
• A poster that you will present at the conference. If you submit your poster to the MARC committee by January 5, 2011, MTL will handle the poster printing.

By submitting your abstract title, you are implying consent to publish your abstract. This abstract will be published in the MARC2011 Conference Proceedings. Please take this into consideration when disclosing research results and choosing figures to include with your submission.
