The deadline for presentation files is almost here:  January 5^th, 5pm. Remember there are monetary prizes for the best presentations, so put in your best effort!

This is also the deadline for posters if you want them printed by MTL. After this date you will have to make your own arrangements for printing.

Finally, don’t forget to register for MARC 2011 if you have not done so already. This will ensure that you get a giveaway.

We’ve decided to open registration a little early! You can begin to register today. Registration will close on December 13, so act now if you haven’t already registered!

Remember: ALL MARC2011 attendees MUST register on their own – it’s not done automatically for you regardless of your role in the conference. This means that everyone from keynote speakers to MARC2011 committee members to MARC authors all must register themselves!

Authors who have submitted their titles to the MARC2011 Steering Committee can now begin uploading their abstracts and image files to our website. The hard deadline is October 29 at 5:00PM. Please be sure to read up on the formatting requirements before submitting your files to our website.

To upload your files, all you have to do is select your abstract title from the list, confirm your e-mail address, upload your files, submit the form, and that’s it! You should also receive an e-mail confirmation from us after submitting your files. If you don’t hear back from us, please let us know.

The Call for Titles submission period has been extended by one week to October 13, 2010 at 5PM. If you did not get a chance to submit your title, please do so as soon as possible! The link to the title submission form can be found here.
