The following used equipment is available to a good home:

*         Veeco/Wyko NT-3300 surface profiler

*         Logitech LP-50 lapper/polisher

*         Leica DM-IRM inverted microscope

 

All 3 tools are in working condition, have been well-maintained, and have
been used lightly in a commercial R&D environment (single owner) since
purchasing them new.
