This is a small, 100-200 attendees, meeting, which makes it very friendly and pleasant for all. Those of us who have been participants for years, have developed personal and professional relationships that are important aspects for our daily work. Besides the formal presentations we discuss common issues facing university micro- and nanofabrication facilities, share information regarding instructional activities such as courses and lab classes, and have informal discussions that lead to fruitful collaborations. Besides all of the above, this confernec is fun! It is not too late to register and receive early discounts, both for the conference and the Brown hotel. http://louisville.edu/conference/ugim2008 I hope you will join us. We have a few multi-fab C to C spin coaters in stock that will meet your requirements. Do you have any other configuration requirements that need to be addressed other than send/coat/receive (ie; pumps, EBR, bottom wafe/bowl rinse)? What is your budget? Let me know and I will send you a quote with some information. Any one know the exhaust requirement from safety point of view, i.e. what is needed to handle the by-product AsH3? What is the possible ppm for this by-product in the exhaust tube and in the oxidation tube? Any info/regulations related to the safety of this setup is highly appreciated.
