HD Pacific is interested in locating a possibile University fab for a  
donation of a KLA 2132 Inspection 
system and a SVG Vertical reactor-plumbed for SiN3, 6" wafer in both  cases.
The KLA is believed to be complete, possibily missing a skin or two,  
otherwise complete.
No software.
The SVG is pretty comp-lete, needs quarts, may be missing a few  parts.
If we donate the tools will be available ar our California warehose, 744  
Aldo Ave., Santa Clara, Ca., 95054
We can shrink wrap, palletize, but any crating or other costs will be the  
responsibility of the accepting institution.
