[labnetwork] Document search for power supplies

[Gregg Cure`]

Hello -

I have 4 "Effusion Source" power supplies manufactured by APT, Inc. in
Tucson AZ.
They are Model EPS-4000. There are no manufacture dates, but I would guess
them to be about mid-90s vintage.
I have no documentation/ops manuals/schematics for these power supplies.
A Google search yields no information about this company.

If anyone has any information and/or documentation to which they could
refer me, I would greatly appreciate it.
