[labnetwork] Supplier for Thin SOI Wafers in 100mm diameter ?

Dear all,

Does anyone know a good supplier for thin SOI wafers in 100mm format.
Typically I'm looking for 340nm SOI in 100mm format.

SOITEC is not offering this kind of product.
I'm not satisfied with the quality from SIMGUI.

Any help would be appreciated.
