[labnetwork] question about resizing 200mm wafers down to 100mm

Hi,

terribly sorry for this unsolicited email, but would any of you know a good reference for a company, that does wafer resizing from 200mm to 100mm wafers? ideally 2 small wafers from one large one, they would also apply protective resist coating on both sides, and round the edges afterwards?

preferably, on the Swiss side of the Atlantic ocean :-)
