[labnetwork] Refurbished RIE

Hello labnetwork group,



We are presently looking for a refurbished RIE to buy. This RIE should
have a load lock as we want to use toxic gases such as Cl2 or HBr. It
should also accommodate sample size up to 6 inch.

Does anyone know where could we find a company in US or CA who can supply
such refurbished equipment?
