[labnetwork] Bending coaxial

Matthieu, our piping contractor was able to do this, and apparently the double-wall tubing is designed for this, PROVIDED one uses the proper, larger, bending radius. Said radius is larger (by how much I am not sure) than the minimum for the outer-wall tube by itself.
