To EVG510 owners

We have been questioning the real force applied by the piston on the sample for a long time and recents bonding failure led us to investigate. 
We bought 3 load-cells and measure the force when the piston was actuated. 300 N when 1000 was set. After playing with the config file (config.ini) "UPOffset" parameter, nothing obvious happened. Anybody has experience with calibrating the piston force on a EVG bonder ?
