[labnetwork] Low Temperature CVD Question

All,
We have a researcher that needs to coat a polycaprolactone (PCL) substrate with a thick layer of TiO2 (around 100-200 nm).
PCL has a very low melting point, 60 C, can this CVD be done under room temperature?
Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated.
And if anyone out there can support this growth I can have our researcher contact you for collaboration as needed.
