Hi Xiaojin; only a few sources I can recommend for the manual.  Call Dale
Quinn, 510-786-0439.  He will have one.
Or, Bid Service has an extensive library.  I bet they have one.  Or HSD
Engineering as a third chance.
This is a 30 year old unit.  May be difficult to repair.
