[labnetwork] integrity of multiuser evaporator

Dear all,

Beside using a dedicated evaporator and/or using dedicated crucibles, how
would you prepare this kind of tool for a sensitive process (Ni/Au 8/8nm)
where cross-contamination could be an issue ?
