Thanks for sharing the photos and functions, it gives us  a much better idea of what you have!
Quite a bit of space!
Chase space for support equipment seems limited in the long direction of the rooms. HEPA coverage and return air looks a little light in the Class 1000 area. Have you measured the cleanliness or air flow pattern?
I am sure the tool shopping, tool hookup and tool start up will be exciting! How will you access the required tool utilities from the inside of the cleanrooms?
