I would be interested in ur results. We do not receive a line item budget directly from the state. We get state support in that resources that the univ receives from the state support several of our staff. But we would love to have a line item budget directly from the state. I have heard that a few of the cleanrooms do but I don't think many. 

We do received about $25k of operation costs from a $500k endowment for which one of our bays is named.
