Hello Xiaojin,
We do have an AFM that can do Kelvin Probe in our facility (LNF-
U-Michigan) and it is open for everybody to use. We provide the training
you need to use it on your own. We could also do remote processing for you,
although we would prefer you come and do the measurements yourself.
