[labnetwork] Dow BCB cyclotene photoactive materials

All, I have seen other post asking if there is a way to purchase small amounts of expensive materials for prototype/development work.  I was quoted $6000 dollars for the smallest available bottle of 4022-35 Cyclotene (liter size bottle).  Can I purchase a much smaller amount of this material through another university or consortium/network?
