Hi Owain,

At the Utah Nanofab, we've been using OpenCoral, but it is starting to 
show its age and does not really have any active development going on 
now.  I've looked at NEMO from NIST which is open source and seems to 
have most, if not all, of the features you are looking for:

I also gathered some survey results on this topic at the 2016 UGIM.  You
